About Me and My Approach
Welcome!
I utilize 29 years of experience in supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder/Developmental Delays to assist families with developmental, behavioral, social, emotional, and holistic interventions to co-create health and life goals.
I integrate my expertise as a Special Education Teacher, Behavior Specialist, Natural Health Practitioner, and Herbalist to simultaneously bridge developmental gaps and restore health.
I focus on supporting health through dietary interventions, nutritional supplement support, microbiome balancing, methylation support, biomedical interventions and targeted developmental support.
My goal is to improve outcomes for children and adults affected by Autism, ADHD, PANDAS/PANS, Lyme Disease & co-infections, MTHFR mutations, Celiac Disease/food allergies, Mitochondrial Dysfunction, Mold Illness aka Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS), and environmental toxins.
I work to identify the underlying obstacles to optimal health and restore the natural state of one's body by implementing natural therapies to stimulate and strengthen the body's innate self-healing and curative abilities.

Autism & Developmental Delay Support
The Autism & Developmental Delay Support consultation takes a comprehensive look at your child's health history and developmental growth.
We will work together to identify the external influences that are affecting your child's physiological functioning and development, create a plan to remediate the barriers to optimal functioning, and discuss targeted goals you have for your child.
We will review the completed informal developmental assessment and social skills checklist to determine the best starting point. You will be provided with a detailed plan to build developmentally appropriate skills such as language, communication, and social skills to bridge developmental gaps.
Wellness Consultation
The Wellness Consultation is a holistic approach to assessing and improving your overall health and well-being. During the consultation, I work with you to identify areas in your life where improvements can be made. The goal is to support your physical, mental, and emotional health in a balanced, sustainable way.
Time is taken to discuss and address specific areas of concern and develop an individualized plan to help you reach your goals.
Iridology
What is Iridology?

Iridology is the science and practice that reveals inflammation, where it's located, and in what stage it is manifesting. The iris reveals body constitution, inherent weaknesses, levels of health and the transitions that take place in a person's body according to how (you) live.
Iridology is the science of analyzing the delicate structures of the iris of the eye.
Under magnification, the iris reveals itself to be a world of minute detail, a land of many features.
Iridologists use a diagram called an iridology chart to complete their readings based on iris mapping. This type of chart includes a “map” of the irises in the left and right eyes. Each iris is divided into 60 different sections, each of which represents a different part of the body. The Iridology Report is utilized as a health assessment tool to deepen the practitioners understanding.
One week prior to your scheduled consultation, you will need to upload pictures of your irises to the document center and complete intake forms.
Methylation Support
What is Methylation?
Methylation is a chemical modification of DNA and other molecules that may be retained as cells divide to make more cells. When found in DNA, methylation can alter gene expression. In this process, chemical tags called methyl groups attach to a particular location within DNA where they turn a gene on or off, thereby regulating the production of proteins that the gene encodes.
Methylation can significantly impact health by regulating gene expression, with abnormal methylation patterns potentially contributing to various diseases like cancer, cardiovascular disease, neurological disorders, and even impacting mental health through altered neurotransmitter levels.

The Biomesight microbiome test provides a snapshot of the gut microbiome utilizing 16S rRNA sequencing technology.
